Rates for customs terminal and temporary storage services
ASVA LOGISTICA calculates the cost of customs and logistics services individually for each customer. The price depends on the cargo, shipment volume, storage period, customs procedure and operations required.
A universal price does not suit every shipment. Even goods in the same category may differ in weight, dimensions, storage requirements, number of product lines and documentation. We therefore prepare a calculation for the specific task and include only the services that are actually needed.

2. Document review
We review the commercial and transport documents and clarify the delivery terms, customs procedure and handling requirements.
3. Operating plan
We select a suitable storage and handling arrangement and define the required customs and logistics operations.
4. Calculation
You receive an itemised estimate showing the services, calculation units and agreed prices.
5. Approval
Price, timing and service terms are approved before work starts. Additional operations are performed only after your approval.
Why an individual rate can cost less
Only the services you need
Work that is not required for the shipment is not added to the estimate.
A suitable storage option
After release, moving goods from temporary storage to contract storage may reduce the cost in some cases.
One coordinated logistics plan
Storage, cargo handling, labelling, customs procedures and delivery can be combined in one coordinated process.
Terms for regular shipments
For recurring cargo flows, the rate reflects volume, frequency and the service package required.
A transparent estimate
You see the list of operations and the basis of the total before work begins. Unplanned services are not performed without approval.

Frequently asked questions
Can you calculate the cost before the cargo arrives?
Yes. We can prepare a preliminary estimate from the cargo characteristics and commercial and transport documents.
Why is there no single price on the website?
The cost varies with shipment volume, storage duration, cargo characteristics and the operations required. An individual calculation avoids unnecessary services.
Can I order storage only?
Yes. You can order storage, cargo handling, labelling, customs clearance, delivery or an integrated service.
When is the final cost agreed?
The scope and price are approved before services start. Any additional operation is discussed with you in advance.
